ACCOUNT & VERIFICATION

HOW TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT?expand_more

To open an account, visit www.sedofx.com and complete the registration process. You will receive your login credentials by email. After registration, log in to your Client Area and select “Accounts” from the left-side menu. From there, you can open your Live Trading Account in just a few clicks. You can select your preferred account type, leverage, base currency and other available account settings. Once your trading account is created, you can fund your account and start trading.

HOW TO COMPLETE VERIFICATION (KYC)?expand_more
  1. Log in to your SedoFx Client Area.
  2. Open the “Profile” menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Select “Settings”.
  4. Open the “KYC Verification” section.
  5. Upload the required documents.

Required documents include:

  • Valid Photo ID (Passport, National ID or Driver’s License - provide both sides where applicable)
  • Proof of Address (Utility Bill or Bank Statement dated within the last 3 months).

Verification usually takes 5–10 minutes, but may take up to 24–48 hours. Ensure documents are clear and under 5 MB.

HOW TO ACCESS THE TRADING PLATFORM?expand_more

To access the SedoFx Trading Platform, log in to your SedoFx account and access the platform through: https://platform.sedofx.com/dashboard. The SedoFx Trading Platform is web-based and can be accessed across supported desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

DEPOSITS & WITHDRAWALS

  1. Log in to your SedoFx Client Area.
  2. Locate the “Deposit” option in the top-right corner.
  3. Select your preferred available deposit method.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
  5. Follow the instructions to complete the transaction.
HOW TO WITHDRAW?expand_more
  1. Log in to your SedoFx account.
  2. Open the “Withdrawal” section.
  3. Select your preferred available withdrawal method (Bank Wire Transfer, Cryptocurrency, Skrill, or Neteller).
  4. Enter the withdrawal amount (Minimum: $25).
  5. Confirm and submit your request.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Withdrawals must generally be made using the same method as the initial deposit.

TRADING & MARKETS

WHAT ARE THE TRADING CONDITIONS?expand_more

SedoFx offers variable spreads starting from very low levels, with leverage from 1:100 up to 1:1000 depending on the account type. Minimum trade size: 0.01 lots. SedoFx supports trading strategies including scalping and hedging. Margin call and stop-out level: 20%. Negative balance protection is provided. Available instruments: Forex, Commodities, Indices, Cryptocurrencies, and other CFDs.

Market analysis is available directly inside the SedoFx Trading Platform. To access it:

  1. Log in to the SedoFx Trading Platform.
  2. Go to the “Explore” section at the top of the platform.
  3. Select “Analysis”.
